Whoa!! I can't believe how quickly the last 5 days have gone by. Here is a quick run down of events:
Friday
It was my cousin Louisa's birthday, and her parents had flown her up from Cape Town to celebrate. A whole bunch of friends and family converged at her parents' house to share food and company, and we had a ball of a time. I'm sure there will be photos on her blog soon.
Saturday
I was woken up with very bad news. My parents home had been broken into for the second time since the start of July, and their two dogs were poisoned. This is about 9 months after a previous incident where our other dogs were also poisoned to get to my brother's car. The new dogs were thus not even a year old yet. My mom is in a terrible state, and I'm nagging her and my step-dad to get trauma counselling. The only other alternative is to move.
Sunday
Nothing really interesting happened. We went to church as usual, went home after the second service, and then I passed out until about 19:00. We watched the 8pm movie on eTV and went to sleep.
I'll be posting the next installment of my story soon, so keep a lookout for that.

Thirdly - Can't wait for next installment.
quaupdw - oops wrong box :)
Bwahahahaha!!! Wait...I'm not supposed to have the funny word thing??
It's slightly more complicated than that...and I don't know what the English for "klein-niggie" is. Her mom and my dad are first cousins, so she is once removed, or some such thing. Bottom line is we're family :-)
You won't have to wait long :-)
erm....but you do have the funny word thing friendster;)
I'm sure I had it switched off....and now Blogger is giving me crap too!!
It wil have to stay for the time being. At least I don't get spam :-)

Sweets: yup and yup. Louisa and I only met at a family do a couple of years ago, but we've been visiting ever since. She's my fav cuz :-)
And Rubes is one of my best friends. We sing in church together, and she just generally keeps me out of trouble ;-)
he he;)
Ruby keeping you out of trouble? I find that hard to believe.
She does indeed....most of the time :-)
